• Basic Sushi Rolling Techniques (Maki): Mastering hand movements, rice spreading, and ingredient placement for Futomaki, Hosomaki, and Uramaki rolls.
• Knife Skills for Sushi: Proper knife handling, techniques for slicing fish and vegetables, and maintaining knife sharpness.
