• Basic Principles of Ayurveda: Introduction to the foundational concepts, including the Tridosha theory (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Panchamahabhutas (five elements), and the Gunas (qualities).
• Ayurvedic Diagnostics: Pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, and other methods of assessing imbalances in the body. Includes case study analysis.
• Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Diet: Nutrition and dietary recommendations based on individual constitution (Prakriti) and seasonal changes. This covers Ayurvedic cooking and healthy eating.
• Herbal Remedies and Medicinal Plants: Identification and therapeutic uses of common Ayurvedic herbs and their preparations, including understanding medicinal properties and contraindications. This unit focuses on Ayurvedic herbal medicine.
• Panchakarma Therapies: Detailed exploration of the five major detoxification procedures in Ayurveda. This covers Ayurvedic detoxification and cleansing therapies.
